個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)況
2010年7月畢業(yè)于北京有色金屬研究總院,獲博士學(xué)位,同年進(jìn)入有研稀土新材料股份有限公司工作至今,主要從事高性能稀土發(fā)光材料設(shè)計(jì)、合成機(jī)理和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開發(fā)。目前擔(dān)任有研稀土新材料股份有限公司光功能材料事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理,兼任中國(guó)稀土學(xué)會(huì)理事及發(fā)光專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。
先后主持和承擔(dān)科技部“稀土新材料”國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、工信部工業(yè)強(qiáng)基工程等近10項(xiàng)國(guó)家及省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目。發(fā)明了新成分、高耐候性氮化物紅粉,銷往日本、韓國(guó)等市場(chǎng);開發(fā)了表面具有特定引入元素的氟化物熒光粉,其耐水性和光效得到極大提升;發(fā)明了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的含鎵硼酸鹽系列近紅外熒光粉及其光譜精準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù),產(chǎn)品在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源領(lǐng)域率先實(shí)現(xiàn)示范應(yīng)用。
近五年發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)文章26篇,獲授權(quán)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)明專利33項(xiàng)。相關(guān)成果獲得中國(guó)有色金屬工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),中國(guó)稀土學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)和中國(guó)專利銀獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),并2018年世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日“尋找創(chuàng)新的她”活動(dòng),入圍女性創(chuàng)新變革者評(píng)選名單。
