Cradle of nonferrous metals, rare metals and rare earths industry in China.
During 1950-1960s, GRINM pioneered in the separation, extraction and purification of 64 nonferrous metal elements, which laid a solid foundation for the development of nonferrous metals, rare metals and rare earths industry in China.
During 1960-1980s, GRINM moved 1,700 technical people and 4,200 large scale equipment to different locations, and supported to build up and/or expand 8 factories and 4 institutes across China in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Guangdong, Sichuan, etc..
